1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the jlll1 website, mobile platform, and all gaming services operated under the jlll1 brand, available at jlll1.app and any associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By registering an account on jlll1, you confirm that you: (a) have read and fully understood these Terms; (b) are of legal gambling age as required by Philippine law (21 years old and above); (c) are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (d) are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with jlll1's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

1.4 jlll1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to jlll1 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations and applicable Philippine law. jlll1 does not permit minors or individuals below 21 years of age to register, deposit, or engage in any form of gambling activity on the Platform.

2.2 Geographic Restriction. jlll1 is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. Players accessing jlll1 from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal are doing so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to determine whether use of jlll1 is lawful in their jurisdiction.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on jlll1. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent termination of all accounts held by the individual, along with forfeiture of any funds held therein in accordance with anti-fraud procedures.

2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees of jlll1, its affiliates, technology providers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offers on the Platform.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration. To access real-money gaming on jlll1, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information provided.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. jlll1 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before permitting real-money transactions. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. jlll1 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. jlll1 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposit amounts are credited to your jlll1 wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. jlll1 targets withdrawal processing within 5–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and 1–3 business hours for bank transfers. Processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account wallet. jlll1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. jlll1 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts after providing reasonable notice. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon identity verification and written request.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. jlll1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. jlll1 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to unfairly exploit promotional offers.

5.5 Promotional Changes. jlll1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without notice. Players are encouraged to check current promotion terms on the Platform before participating.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules. All games available on jlll1 are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before participating. jlll1 provides game rules and paytables for all offered titles.

6.2 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or communication failure during gameplay, jlll1 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets. No compensation beyond the return of staked amounts will be provided in respect of technical disruptions.

6.3 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the jlll1 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. jlll1 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, in connection with fraudulent activity, or where a manifest error in odds or game configuration has occurred.

6.4 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games on jlll1 use certified RNG technology from accredited third-party providers. Game outcomes are random, independent, and not influenced by previous results or player behavior.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlll1. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the jlll1 Platform — including but not limited to the jlll1 name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of jlll1 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

8.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any content from jlll1 without prior written authorization.

9. Privacy & Data

9.1 jlll1 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using jlll1, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 jlll1 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect player data in transit and at rest. However, no system is completely impenetrable, and jlll1 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

11.3 jlll1's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jlll1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 jlll1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via the registered email address or via prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect.

12.2 It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of jlll1 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using jlll1 and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of jlll1 shall first be submitted to jlll1 customer support for good-faith resolution. jlll1 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution.
